Blaxx manage the ordering process for Exhibitor Badges, Scanners, Databadge Readers and Registration Page URL's. We constantly assess the numbers of orders we have received and send reminder emails to exhibitors who have not ordered their badges pre show.

Exhibitor url's
We offer exhibitors the ultimate way to promote their attendance at a Show and for you to measure THEIR success

Each Exhibitor will be allocated a url of the exhibition registration page have the option to personalise their own url will be encouraged to invite their customers and track who registers using their url and will ultimately be able to track who attends.

Uniquely Organisers can also monitor this process and have access to the results pre show and post show enabling them to offer incentives to exhibitors to promote the show to their customers. For example the more visitors an exhibitor gets through the door then the organiser could offer free or discounted stand space.

Exhibitor Badges

• The main stand contact will receive a url,username and password from Blaxx to order their badges online
• The exhibitor can log in and out of the record and can amend and add names
• Badges will be mail to the main stand contact together with the requirement fuilfillment

Data Capture Devices

Blaxx provide two data capture devices

• Hand Held Scanner - lightweight portable device. Leads can be obtained at the end of the day or online at the show

• Databadge Reader - static device which prints out an instant visitor report and saves the lead to the datastick within the databadge reader. Leads can be obtained instantly and they are available online after the show
